Recently, both Adrienne's job and mine have allowed us to make schedule changes that would facilitate a smooth transition into full-time Organization membership. Considering the rotating shift work that I have been accustomed to for the last 5 years, this is pretty significant! So, for the foreseeable future, I will be working 7a-3p every weekday and Adrienne will work until 4p.
The changes allow us to focus afternoons and weekends to Organization related business, such as emails, building presentations for churches and small groups, and travelling to those places. Furthermore, it allows us to function as a "normal" family, not one that takes every other month off!
Predictability is the name of the game for right now!
